A mom in Sweden has been arrested on suspicion of locking her son inside their condominium for 28 years, leaving him undernourished and with nearly no enamel, police and media stories stated on Tuesday.
Stockholm police spokesman Ola Osterling informed AFP “The mom is suspected of unlawful deprivation of liberty and inflicting bodily hurt.”
